Polly Behringer is a Holistic Health & Intuitive Life Coach. Her focus is to help others find ways to ease & release the tensions and traumas organically through the use of different holistic modalities. She specializes Integral Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Meditation, Quantum Energetic Realignment, Tension & Trauma Release and Integrative Nutrition for the body, mind & spirit.
She’s studied yoga at YogaLife in Norman, Oklahoma and then went on to study Yoga Nidra (a guided meditation that focuses on deep relaxation & stress relief) at the Satchidananda Ashram – Yogaville, Virigina under Julie Lusk,Med, E-RYT. After experiencing Integral Yoga at the ashram, she felt drawn to immerse herself in the teachings of Swami Satchidananda. She went to live and study at the Institute of Integral Yoga in Coimbatore, India. (The practice of Integral Yoga is a form of yoga that encompasses all limbs of yoga as a complete practice.)
With her focus geared towards those living high stress lives, she studied Tension & Trauma Release with Dr. David Berceli & Paul Darby over a 4 yr span. Understanding the “Body Keeps Score” she went on to study Quantum Energetic Realignment & Release in Kansas which led her to the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, to study life coaching, Body / Soul Nutrition and Goal Setting.
She’s worked with doctors, politicians, Oklahoma City firefighters, military and police. She's traveled and studied around the world helping others to help reset their bodies and release the stressors holding them back physically, emotionally & energetically. Certified in many different modalities has allowed her the ability to connect with others from different backgrounds and understands life is not a one size fits all.
Her journey began years ago sharing her knowledge and time; teaching meditation in the OKC metro to local high school students as part of their curriculum.
